Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop project plans, resource plans, training and test plans, and cutover plans, applying appropriate project methodology
  • Ensure that business requirements are delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Manage project scope, budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate activities of multiple Product and/or IT service vendors
  • Identify risks and work with Management to mitigate risks
  • Effectively communicate status to Senior Marketo Management
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Ensure that projects are clearly documented and deliverables can be easily found by Marketo stakeholders

Technical Skills

  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodology
